EU AI-SaaS starter kit

Everything an EU AI SaaS needs on day one.

Gateway, billing, audit, safety, compliance pack. One self-hosted kit for EU founders building with AI coding agents.

30 seats · ships September 2026

  • One-time €99 pre-order
  • Refundable until delivery
  • Full source, self-host in the EU
  • Ships September 2026

The whole kit in 3 minutes.

Recorded from the current build; re-recorded from the release build in September.

The whole kit. Not a compliance add-on.

One codebase with everything below already wired together; you build your product on top.

  • AI gateway

Every model call goes through one door: budget-checked, redacted, logged.

  • Accounts & teams

Sign-up, organizations, roles, 2FA: the boring parts, already wired.

  • Billing & credits

Stripe subscriptions and credit packs. Money in, metered, attributed per user.

  • Audit ledger

Every AI call recorded, including the blocked ones. Append-only.

  • Safety layer

PII redaction and prompt-injection screening before anything leaves your servers.

  • Compliance pack

AVV, subprocessor list, checklists. Templates your lawyer reviews, not writes.

  • Agent skills

Your coding agent gets sanctioned paths instead of free rein.

  • App shell

A working product UI on day one: chat, settings, admin.

  • Docs & runbooks

Deploy, update, the key-leak morning: written down.

Enforced, not promised.

Instructions are advice; these rules are grants, lint errors and pre-checks.

Terminal output: the build fails with a lint error on a direct provider SDK import.

The build that refuses

Your agent imports a provider SDK directly. The build fails.

You don't need to read this. Your coding agent will, and it can't talk its way past it.

One SQL line: GRANT INSERT, SELECT ON TABLE "ai_call_log" TO kit_app.

The table that can't be rewritten

The app's own database role cannot edit the audit log. Not policy. Permissions.

The audit ledger: BUDGET_EXCEEDED rows at $0.00 cost on an append-only page.

The call that never happened

Over budget? The call is refused before it costs anything, and the refusal is recorded.

Built for the day something goes wrong.

The lawyer letter

A customer's Datenschutzbeauftragter sends the questionnaire. Your answers are files already in your repo.

FAQ

Is this legal advice?

No. Zollwerk is software and document templates: technical building blocks. Review with your lawyer; distrust any vendor at this price who says "guaranteed compliant".

What exactly do I get?

A private GitHub repo with the full source, the full specification, and lifetime updates via git upstream.

What if the pre-sale fails?

Every pre-order is refundable until delivery, on top of the 14-day withdrawal right. If the kit cannot ship, every cent comes back. You risk the wait, never the money.

Why not my agent + a free boilerplate?

Your agent scaffolds shapes fast; it won't build constraints it has to live inside. The enforcement layer, and the negative tests proving it bites, is what you're buying.

I'm on Supabase / Prisma / Vercel.

One deliberate stack: Postgres, Drizzle, Docker on an EU VPS. The append-only guarantee needs you to own your database roles; that's the reason, and it's a real trade-off.

Can I use it for client work?

Single developer, unlimited projects, client projects included.

When does it ship?

September 2026. Month-level on purpose; a precise date would be invented.

Who's behind this?

I'm Mohsin Kokab. I build Zollwerk in the open from Munich, sold through our family business (details in the Impressum). Everything on this page is captured from the real repo, and every pre-order is refundable until delivery. · kokab.dev
